Just wanted to let you know that the hardwood pellets I got from you last time worked great. I gave them to my Father-In-Law, for use in his pellet grill. We were out to their house over the 4th. He said he had used them a couple of times already. He said they had great flavor and that he did not use as many pellets as compared to the other brands. I can tell you the steaks that he grilled up had a great flavor. My kids usually doctor their steaks up a little after they get them, but this time they added nothing. Next time thru I’ll have to get a bag of the fruit wood and try it on some chicken.

You’re on the right track man, keep it up.
